ABOUT PAYMENT
◇ Payment must be done via PAYPAL.
◇ Payment must be made upfront. I won't start your commission until I receive the payment.
◇ I will send you an invoice with the final price.
◇ If I do not feel comfortable with your order, I have the right to decline your commission.
◇ The payment must be done in € (euros).
◇ I won't do refunds after I start working.
GENERAL RULES
◇ I will ask for reference photos or detailed descriptions.
◇ I won't change the pose of the drawing if you don't ask for a specific one from the beginning.
◇ I will only accept changes in the approval stage (like hairstyle, face expression or something about the outfit). Extra revisions will be paid for.
◇ Short deadlines will have an extra fee applied. If you want the work for a certain date be sure to ask before I accept your commission.
◇ If you wish to keep your commissioned work in private and not be uploaded, please inform me right away, there would be an extra fee of 20% of the final price.
◇ You must ask first for commercial use.
◇ You are not allowed to use my work for NFTs or AI training.
CUSTOMER
◇ The customer is not allowed to make profit off of my art by selling and producing products with my art on it.
◇ Commissions are for personal use only (if you wish to use the commission in any other way, contact me first).
◇ The commission may be used by the commissioner for personal use such as wallpapers, icons etc. However, if the image is public, artist's credit must be visibly given.
◇ The customer is not entitled to the original files containing layers. I will only send the commission as a .png file or .gif file if it is animated.
◇ The customer is not allowed under any circumstances to remove my watermark, crop, edit/modify, change, recolour, filter, trace, vector or appropriate the art in any way unless I give explicit permission.
KEEP IN MIND
◇ I still have all copyright over any work done, and may use it for personal purpose in future (distribute, reproduce and use the image as a sample for advertising or self-promotion).
◇ Keep in mind that doing commissions is not my full time job, so please be patient. It will take a few days to a month for your commission to be done. (may vary depending on technical & personal issues)
◇ I do not mind if you send me an e-mail to check in on things, but please do not do this more than once every 2 weeks.
